​Taking part in a six–week mindfulness programme allows the space to pause, reset, and grow. Whether that’s for well-being, exams, or performance...rethinking where we put our focus is key.​

How it Works

We’ll meet once a week, each session building on the last, allowing time for you to move at your own pace.​

Flexible format – Our weekly sessions will take place online at a time that is convenient for you. In-person sessions are possible for those in SW London. ​

Simple takeaways – After each session, you’ll leave with practical tools for daily life – no overwhelm, just realistic steps that make a difference.​
