What to Expect

​Taking part in a six–week mindfulness programme allows the space to pause, reset, and grow.  Whether that’s for well-being, exams, or performance...rethinking where we put our focus is key.​

How it Works

  • We’ll meet once a week, each session building on the last, allowing time for you to move at your own pace.​

  • Flexible format – Our weekly sessions will take place online at a time that is convenient for you.  In-person sessions are possible for those in SW London.  ​

  • Simple takeaways – After each session, you’ll leave with practical tools for daily life – no overwhelm, just realistic steps that make a difference.​

Programmes to Choose From

  • For ADHD- Learn ways to settle a busy mind, direct focus, and create helpful habits that support your day-to-day life.​

  • For GCSE Preparation- Build calm and confidence for revision and exams, with study strategies to manage stress and sharpen concentration.​

  • For Sport- Strengthen your mental game: stay present, perform under pressure, and recover with greater ease.

  • Bespoke Hour Session- This one-off session is designed to help you explore what mindfulness really means and how it can support you in your life.

What You’ll Experience

Expect a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you’ll practice techniques you can use in real life.  By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of mindful practices and personal insights that will continue to give support long after the programme ends.
