What to Expect

​Taking part in one of the six-week programmes allows the space to pause, identify what's not working, and discover the motivation to make changes.  Whether that’s for well-being, exams, or performance...rethinking where we put our focus is key.​

How it Works

  • We’ll meet once a week, each session building on the last, allowing time for you to move at your own pace.

  • Our weekly sessions will take place online at a time that is convenient for you.  In-person sessions are possible for those in SW London. 

  • After each session, you’ll leave with practical tools for your particular situation- realistic steps that can make a difference.

Programmes to Choose From

  • For ADHD- Learn to identify your unique strengths and struggles and gain tools to settle a busy mind, direct focus, and create habits that support your day-to-day life.

  • For GCSE Preparation- Gain confidence for revision and exams, with study strategies to manage stress and sharpen concentration.

  • For Sport- Strengthen your mental game: stay present, perform under pressure, and recover with greater ease.

  • Bespoke Hour Session- This one-off session is designed to help you explore an aspect in your life that you need support with right now. 

What You’ll Experience

Expect a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we start where you are right now and take steps fitting for your unique situation.  By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of techniques and personal insights that will continue to give support long after the programme ends.
